I believe "protocol" requires me to respond with
<http://www.metasystema.net/essays/reply-to.mhtml> (-;
We can save ourselves and the list the discussion [1], sorry for bringing
it up in the first place: "Reply all" it will be from now on, and I will
suggest to have Roundcube implement the "Reply to mailing list" function.
