DAViCal to publish a calendar
Did anybody tried to deploy a DAViCal installation for data management,
with some connection to a publicly & anonymous accessible calendar?

- DAViCal to manage edit permissions and CalDAV management
- Other tool to allow anonymous web visitors and/or anonymous CalDAV
clients with readonly permissions.

Do you mean this project?
sourceforge.net/projects/phpicalendar
