TFTP Timeout problem
Hi,

I have some problems with the TFTP service on the CCM 3.3(3). For some
reason, the service hangs after while after the CCM server has been started.
The phone are unable to load their ringlists, new phones can't be
registered. Restarting the TFTP Service doesn't help.

Here's some log output from the CallManager

05/25/2004 14:00:36.183 TFTP| CTFTPConnect::GetRequest(), socket =
00000584 recvfrom failed, return value = -1, socket =
00000584|<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::192.168.0.1>
05/25/2004 14:00:36.183 TFTP| TFTPServer::recvMessage Got socket error
0x2714, thread count = 0|<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::192.168.0.1>
05/25/2004 14:00:36.183 TFTP| TFTPServer::recvMessage quit after socket
error, thread count = 0|<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::192.168.0.1>

Has ony one seen this before? How can I solve this?

Regards,
Peter Lewandowski

RE: TFTP Timeout problem [ In reply to ]
Hi Peter,

0x2714 = 10004
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/winsock/win
sock/windows_sockets_error_codes_2.asp

Interrupted function call.
A blocking operation was interrupted by a call to WSACancelBlockingCall.

Looking through previous known issues, can be related to connectivity issues
through a firewall or possibly due to callmanager TFTP process being too
busy to process the request.

/Wes
