More information:

My username / password works for Call manger configuration. Also I can
access the DC directory without any problem using Directory Manager.

Hi all,

After Installing CRA on the Call Manager and rebooting the Server, when I
try to start the Cisco CRS Administration, I get the following error
message:

Cisco CRS Administration: HTTP 401.1 Unauthorized Login Failed

I checked up the solution form this document:

And it does not affect my install.

My IUSR_Guest or IWAM_Guest accounts do not have "User must change password
at next logon" checked in the General Properties window.


Any other pointers, which will help solve this problem?

I tried all the options to login as follows:

http://servername/appadmin

http://dnsnameofserver/appadmin

http://ipaddress/appadmin

Try using the Cisco default login and password, "Administrator"(A must be
capitalized) and "ciscocisco" as the password. Once you log into IPCC, then
you must assign your logins as an Administrator using "User Maintenance".
Not sure if you've tried that yet.
