We use Crystal Enterprise here to generate the reports. We setup a stored
procedure that mirrors the Cisco database to a remote SQL server which is
where we query the data. Seems to work fine, but Crystal isn't cheap.

I use Mind IPS...

I don't bill customers but I do internal billbacks to my
departments...The software is a little strange but it seems to work well
