Error in CTFTP Log file, CM3.3
I keep receiving the following error in the TFTP log file for my
CallManager:

06/25/2004 12:59:30.634
TFTP|<--TFTPServer::validateAccess[3484:10.1.3.24:51791]
|<CLID::CM1-Cluster><NID::10.1.3.5>
06/25/2004 12:59:30.634 TFTP|-->CTftpConnect::GetName[3484:10.1.3.24:51791]
|<CLID::CM1-Cluster><NID::10.1.3.5>
06/25/2004 12:59:30.634 TFTP|<--CTftpConnect::GetName[3484:10.1.3.24:51791]
|<CLID::CM1-Cluster><NID::10.1.3.5>
06/25/2004 12:59:30.634 TFTP| CTftpConnect::tftp[3484:10.1.3.24:51791,
004869D0] File not found inside tftp()
[00019757C6E8.cnf.xml]|<CLID::CM1-Cluster><NID::10.1.3.5>

10.1.3.24 is the IP of a port on one of my 6608 T1 module and is set to the
voice VLAN. 10.1.3.5 is the IP of my CallManager which is also on the voice
VLAN. All T1 ports seem fine and are currently operational. I did a search
for the 00019757C6E8.cnf.xml file it was searching for on Cisco.com, but did
not come up with any search results. Anyone know what this configuration
file is for, and why my T1 card is looking for it?

Thanks!

Jesse
RE: Error in CTFTP Log file, CM3.3 [ In reply to ]
Jesse,

If the device 00019757C6E8 is configured on your system, the the ctftp
process should build the 00019757C6E8.cnf.xml file. If CM is >3.3 then
"config files" are cached in memory and not on disk.

Find out if 00019757C6E8 is configured as a gateway, conf bridge, or xcoder
in CCM. If it is, restart ctftp to see if hte file is then generated. If
it's not, then check SQL replication to your TFTP server using DBLHelper and
also check the "currentDSN" column in dblhelper to make sure it's reading
from (1) the correct database number and (2) the publisher CCM server.
