We do, and generally speaking it is performing well.
I do often have the feeling we're riding the bleeding edge, though ...
Then again, Cisco support for PGW is pretty good.

Well, PGW is certainly much more flexible than Call Manager is, and you can deploy
it for a large number of different applications.
Be warned, however, that it's flexibility comes at the cost of high complexity too
(surprise :)). It's nothing to master within a few days.
I've heard of other major installations that use the Italtel MGC with Cisco
gateways, and some rumours of people using an Alcatel solution, but I'm curious,
too, what do you use out there, folks ?
