How do you generate this file if you dont use CM or CME?

This is a binary file that isn't very intuitive. It does contain the
"default loads" aka, which loads all endpoints should run unless a
device-specific load is configured. Get a friend with CM(E) to configure
the defaults you need, then copy of the generated file.

If you don't mind my asking, what SCCP server are you planning to use other
than CM or CME?

I have my 7920 working with Asterisk as well. I keep
nagging my account team about when there will be a SIP beta.

Now if I can just figure out why these 7970's won't boot..
