IPCC Express 3.1(2)
Does anyone know if softphone is supported in conjunction with IPCC
Express in an ICD setup?

Thanks

Cisco IP ICD Agent phone
Cisco 7900 series IP Phones or Cisco IP Softphone
Refer to the Cisco IP ICD Agent Desktop online help for details on supported
configurations.

Perhaps the media terminated desktop option would work better for you? It
emulates a SCCP endpoint to CCM and provides media termination to the PC.
