Do I have my SPAN, RSPAN not setup correctly?

All phones are dynamically set to vlan 102 on the 3550. I have not set
an IP address on the CRA server. Do I need to?

The base qualification is that the CRS server is running on a SPAN port
on the switch where the voice traffic in question resides. Without a
SPAN, none of the monitoring/recording functions work.

As a Supervisor how do you monitor a call? I press the call monitor,
then what?
As the supervisor (enhanced) I can barge in or intercept but I'm having
difficulties monitoring.
I also can press the record, but how do I get the recorded conversation
back to listen to?
