Call Manager 3.3
I have a receptionist that would like to put a caller through to a
person using the phone. What would be great is putting the person in a
que of some sort so when the user is off the phone the caller would be
connected to that user? The old phone system did this so they would
really like this feature. If there is no way to do this, can I set up
CM to ring back or beep when the receptionist still has someone on hold?

Call Manager 4.0 , or CCM 3.3 with IPCC Express.
