Does anyone else consider it a bug that IOS interprets the recurring
times based on the daylight savings timezone (e.g. BST) rather than
UTC (...even the currently configured clock timezone would be better) ?

clock summer-time BST recurring last Sun Mar 1:00 last Sun Oct 1:00
