Hi All,
I m having a CISCO 3640 dial up remote access router in my
office.I m facing a problem in that.
Users dial into this router & remain connected only for 15-20
minutes & after that they are getting disconnected automatically &
have to dial in again.This disconnection is happening after every
15-20 minutes.
Authentication is being done through RADIUS.
Kindly suggest some solution to this problem or some document
which might help in the same.
