Modular QoS CLI vs CAR
We are using CAR until now and we are thinking of moving to MQC (after a reccomendation
from Vincent). We had already some tests with it and it seems to work fine.

We are not interested (until now) about traffic class but only for traffic policy.

In terms of performance and cpu usage which one is the best?
In which one will CEF make a bigger difference?

Is this the right way to move on or should we stick to CAR?

don't remember.

both require CEF.

you should move to MQC as all new QoS features will be built around the
MQC framework. e.g. there will be no new enhancements to CAR.
