Problem with TCL IVR script in AS5350
Hi,

I'm new to VoIP and I'm trying to send h323-credit-amount request to NAS
from TCL IVR.
TCL IVR API is v1.0.

Following is the code snippets:

set avSend(h323-credit-amount) $x
set ev [authorize $accstring $pinstring "" [ani] avSend info]

However As5350 doesn't understand the request. I tried the TCL script in
AS5300 and it is working.

Could somebody help me to solve this problem? I tried it different ways but
it is not working.
I tried to use aaa authorize command but it is also not working.

thanks in advance,

Ganbold

Ganbold,

You should try a TCL 2.0 IVR script.

You can download these from CCO for no charge.

TCL IVR 1.0 has been End of Lifed.
