5350 modem stuck in 'active' state
Hi,
I have a modem stuck in active mode on a 5350 as shown below. Clearing the
SPE does not have any affect. Is there another way of fixing this short of
reloading the 5350?

........thanks in advance.........Jamie

What version are you running? This could be an instance of CSCdw61734
which is fixed in 12.2(13)T and later on the AS5350. Unfortunately,
the only way to clear the condition is a reload.

Re: 5350 modem stuck in 'active' state [ In reply to ]
Hi,
I'm running 12.2(2)XA5. A reload fixed the problem and we're already planning
to move to 12.2(15)T2....we just have to iron out some TACACS+ stuff.
Hopefully, as you suggest, it's CSCdw61734-related and will nicely disappear
when we upgrade.

.......thanks for your help........Jamie
