isdnLapdOperStatus (.1.3.6.1.2.1.10.20.1.3.4.1.2):

isdnLapdOperStatus OBJECT-TYPE
SYNTAX INTEGER {
inactive(1),
l1Active(2),
l2Active(3)
}

for TEI_ASSIGNED, we return l1Active(2), for MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED
l2Active(3).
