annoying %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN message

After upgrading a 7140 from 12.2(6)i to 12.2(13)T5 i'm getting the following message,
although i have "no logging event link-status" under the specicic vtemplate.

Jul 15 19:22:06: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Virtual-Access54, changed
state to down

Could it be a bug?

Hello,

it is likely you hit

CSCdx69085 L2TP:snmp trap problem when the Virtual-Access interface up/down
fixed in: 12.2(16)B, 12.2(16), 12.2(15)T

But the specific bug, doesn't include my ios version in its affected versions' table. ;-)
