RE: 3640 VLAN/ARP Issue
We have a 3640 router set up as our gateway device. Recently we have started
using VLANs and configured the 3640 to maintain the gateway IP for each
VLAN. We have found that the 3640 is not able to send an ARP request into
any of the VLANs except the default. Has anyone seen this behaviour before
or has any idea of where to go for assistance?

I have contacted Cisco and may have to open a service request but this will
be very expensive. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

cisco-bba is possibly not the best alias to discuss it, but without a
config and a "debug arp" while you try to ping an address in some of the
vlans, there is little we can tell.
