hello,
i've installed phpmy admin on the 1.3.0A2 version and when i try to open
it, the browser
open the folder phpmyadmin.when i try to open the file index.php, the
browser ask where i want to
save it.
this problem is not new, i also get it on the version 1.2.99 and 1.2.101.
there is a way too fix it?

It's a php problem for sure.
You need to install an configure php (php-cgi , php-fpm)
