What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Version 1.3.0A1
2. typing: /usr/local/sbin/cherokee-admin -b -u -p -x 9090 -C
/usr/local/etc/cherokee/cherokee.conf

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cherokee admin is not showing. Just a simple:
503 Service Unavailable, Cherokee web server 1.3.0A1 (UNIX), Port 9090

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0A1, Debian Squeeze

Please provide any additional information below.
