Newbie question: Scheduled publishing
Hi!

What are the Bricolage interface steps for writing a story and scheduling publishing for later?
I'm sorry for the newbie question.
Thank you.

That's a very broad question, David. Writing a story is one thing, and is preceded by creating story types, output channels, and templates (though Bricolage ships with very simple examples of all of these things). It also involves workflow, versioning, and approval processes.

Publishing is the end result of that workflow. One can publish immediately or simply schedule it for later. If you publish it later, you'll need to make sure you have bric_queued or bric_dist_mon running on a cron job so that the publish will actually be executed at the appointed time.

Does that help?

Best,

David
