Hi all,
From time to time a story in our system becomes "stuck" in a
partially-checked out state where the story_instance entries are all
checked in (according to the database) but the story entry itself still
has a usr_id set. At this point, the story does not appear on the
Workspace of whomever supposedly has it checked out; it also reported as
checked out when searching for it in a Workflow. Whenever this occurs,
I see the following error in the error_log:
[Fri May 27 12:58:53 2011] [error] [client 140.141.6.5] Cannot checkin
non checked out versions, referer:

Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas what might cause this?

Thanks,
