Update in API docs - Bric::DBA

Hello,

some of the links in the "Where to learn more" section (at the bottom of
the page) of Bric::DBA seem to be outdated.

1) The link to the "Annotated postgresql.conf Guide for PostgreSQL"
does not work, as Josh Berkus' site seems to be offline.

2) The "Tuning PostgreSQL for performance" guide can be found under:

http://www.varlena.com/GeneralBits/Tidbits/perf.html

3) The link to the "pgsql-performance"-list doesn't work either. Haven't
been able to find the correct link, yet.

Updated.

Deleted, that's quite old.

It's still http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-performance/. I'm deleting the subscribe link, since the archive page has it.

Uh yes, under 3) I meant the subscribe link. BTW I love the new design
of the API-docs. Great work!
