Hey there David,

All of the pages from the old wiki are still available on the current
bricolagecms.org server at /bricolage/wiki.bricolage.cc/www/data/Bric/

I grabbed the page you were after and put it on the Github Wiki here:
http://wiki.github.com/bricoleurs/bricolage/installing-bricolage-on-mac-os-x

Probably needs a bit of an update, but I think that the essential bits
are there.

Thanks. What was the title of that page on the old wiki? I think it's for 10.3, no?

Anyone want to take a stab at updating it through Snow Leopard?
