Probably related to [ticket 190](http://bricolage.lighthouseapp.com/projects/29601/tickets/190-sort-by-content-type-on-workspace-doesnt-sort-correctly#ticket-190-6), I just noticed that the Element Type Manager does not properly sort the elements by name or key name. They seems to be sorted in some other order, other than alphabetical.
