[Bricolage #202] Media is not expired properly when removed from an output channel

For a media asset published to multiple output channels: when an output channel is removed from the asset and the asset is republished, the asset is not expired from the removed output channel/destination.

This may also affect stories; I haven't tested them however.

This behavior has been observed in Bricolage 1.10.9

I believe this is the expected behaviour. Can you provide an example of when it would be preferable to remove the asset?

No, Nick is right, it's not the expected behavior. It's a bug.
