EL6 and myth update
Hi

Please notice that mythweb-0.26 is being updated to mythweb-0.27 if you
just do a yum update like me. It can't work with 0.26 and breaks the
mythweb dbversion by bumping it from 3 to 4.

- and there is no old 0.26 package in the repository

Best regards

I just ran into this and here is the fix. First off, there is an RPM
version for 0.26 out in a dropbox folder. Search the mythtv archives or
google and you can get it. I found a copy and can post it somewhere as
well. A kind mythtv person posted them for us when 0.26 wasn't
available on atrpms.

You will have to force an uninstall of the .27 version, ignoring
dependencies then install this version.

Finally you have to go into the .php file referenced in the error screen
and edit it to expect version 4. I did that and my mythweb is working
just fine. I agree its a pain and a hack but it can be brought back.

I'm on CENTOS 6.4 x86_64 so that is what my rpm version was for. Not
sure if others exist.

Hi,

I've removed the 0.26 rpms from my dropbox. I am now running 0.27 with
qt48. I have given axel the specs for both so I assume they will be up
soon. If anyone wants to test I can put 0.27 rpms in my dropbox. They
are rebuild from atrpms 0.27 srpms and a qt48 modified from fedora 19 to
allow it to coexist with the existing redhat qt 4.6.

Cheers
Stephen

I've been using 0.27 and qt48 for a week on EL6 with no issues x86_64
and i686 frontend. Anyone wishing to test let me know and I'll drop them
in my dropbox. qt48 doesn't now interfere with atrpms qt47.

Cheers
Stephen

I don't know if this conflicts with ATrpms packages. Your build
obviously doesn't, and Axel warned some time ago about mixing epel and
ATrpms. Nevertheless, you might find this (kde-unstable) repo useful.
There hasn't been a lot of movement recently, but it works for me.
