I saw that post but have not had that problem yet but not much is actual
1080 in Australia so I havn't tried it with HD. It works OK with 720
though. I have some 3D Olympics still so I'll play that when I get a
chance as it is 1080. My frontend is an ION2 Zotac.

Cheers
Stephen

Hello Stephen,

Did you get a chance to re-compile the rpms for el 6.3 at 64 bit , if
you did , I would be very much interested in trying them out .

Best Regards

Milorad

P.S. I am also in OZ , was only worried since I have a library of vids
in 1080p .

Just want to send you a big THANKS! They worked like a champ on my
system and I'm back up and running without the issues I had before, or
at least they haven't shown up yet!

Thanks for that much appreciate your help . I have installed the rpms ,
had a couple of small side issues . One was that I had to completely
un-install myth .25 before yum would let me do an error free local
install . Second one was that timezone mysql requirement . The
information on the mythtv wiki was a little bit misleading , and I had
to manually run the script for tz creation , before mythsetup would
start . After that all was/is sweet . Been using it now for a few days
and everything is working well .

My use case is a lot of livetv , and that is working well . At the
start of new channel change , I do get a few seconds of stuttered audio
until buffer seems to fill up , I guess ? Apart from that all good .
Also airplay working much better than that last build of 25.3 , where I
used to get video with no audio . Needed to start/stop the play 5-10
times before the audio would start . Now with .26 I get much better
success rate . All the best .

Milorad.
