Removed apt/yum dependencies from atrpms
Hi,

I had tried to remove them more than two months ago, but some people
suddenly had an apt w/o config files, so I decided to put the legacy
dependencies back in.

I guess after 10 weeks almost everybody should have upgraded his apt,
so I am dropping these dependencies.

(Stefan, this also makes the extra dvd package unnecessary.)
