Another new exim
Hi Axel, I noticed there'd been another security update for exim so I
thought I'd try packaging exim-4.74.

I dropped the 4.73-dynlookup patch because it's now incorporated, and I
added a patch from git which fixes building against EL4 PCRE again.

I didn't bump the serial number because I thought I'd leave that to you
if you approve. I haven't built on EL5, just EL4, and even then my EL4
box (VM) has too recent a PostgreSQL (from centosplus) for my binary to
run on a vanilla EL4. Still, it builds :-)

No worries, go ahead and bump, it's part of the package diff.
