Mailing List Archive: Subdirectory browsing..

Small issue here, hoping someone can help.

I have a site with one main directory and several subdirectories... pretty
standard stuff.
Users inside my subnet can browse the entire site, however users outside my
subnet can only see pages that are in the parent directory. If they try to
go to pages that are in subdirectories, they get page not found errors.

can anyone enlighten me?

You are not providing much information about configuration and the exact
error, but my guess is:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/misc/FAQ.html#set-servername

If that isn't it, please tell us what your configuration looks like, and
what the error log says.
