In the document of
"ListenCoresBucketsRatio"(http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mpm_common.html#listencoresbucketsratio),
the value range is '>=0'. However, in the checking code in listen.c, the branch
condition is '>=1' and the log message is "ListenCoresBucketsRatio must be >
0". So is there any inconsistence between the source code and document of
directive "ListenCoresBucketsRatio".
