A minor point for 1.0.0; in src/CHANGES

with *no* QUERY_STRING) returns a BAD_REQUEST error, rather than a core

Should be

It only returns a BAD_REQUEST if it did get a QUERY_STRING that didn't have
two arguments separated by a comma on it.
