Can someone (Brian?) remind me of the timetable for votes/build please.

Also, are there any patches that need more votes that I should pay
particular attention to.

BTW, I changed the PDF version of David's manual. It now uses built-in
fonts, and is actually readable with acroread. Wonders will never cease.

Oh, and the index at the end is now hyperlinked to (ps and pdf)
