first pass at this related projects thang is on:

The text is short and sweet and borrowed from the stuff already available
on the Apache for OS/2 and Apache-SSL pages. The opening paragraph is
probably a bit too close to "people of the world unite in peace, justice
and harmony..." even for my own tastes. So:
1) does the project need a page like this?
2) if so, then what needs changing?
Yeah, I had an idea to link this off an additional entry in the <ul>
already on the home page.
