There is a manpage in the latest release, but te bulk of the docs
are HTML. How about using Lynx?

There will probably be a doc distribution when we release 1.0.

Also, the docs can be obtained in tar format using
ftp://ftp.apache.org/apache/docs.tar. Can't wait until I can get Apache
to do that. :)
