Apache/SSL & linux
(My mailer screwed with my new-httpd folder so I am sending all
my replies as a chunk. My apologies for the inconvenience.)

This is because your key file is encrypted. You can use the
'rsa' program that comes with SSLeay to decrypt the keyfile. That will
stop it asking for a password.
I haven't seen the other problems on SunOS 4.1.3_U1 or IRIX 5.3

ObResponse: "it's stupid".

Seriously, I think the inconvenience of getting duplicate
messages outweighs the risks of someone misreplying a private mail
getting sent to the whole list. In this case it wasn't -that- bad, but
it does tread on rather dangerous grounds, given that we are dealing
here with nasty governments who don't like people to live privately.
(There was the potential for rather sensitive material in my email to
Ben.. luckily there wasn't any.)
I don't mean to start a discussion about it here. I will find
a rant I found somewhere on the issue and forward it to the
list-owner, who can do with it as he pleases. Nor will I bring up the
issue again in this forum.

and just to give closure, as list-owner currently, I saw the rant on
the web and remained unconvinced, but I'm always open to changing it if
popular sentiment suggested that would be a good thing. Dictatorial
democracy is *so* efficient. :)

-1 on any change to the Cc config of the apache developers list.

I have far too much mail to read as it is, I don't need things in
duplicate or triplicate.
