Kevin Hughes has some really gorgeous replacement icons for the stock
NCSA ones. They are available at ftp://ftp.eit.com/pub/web.icons/ - to
see them in action check out http://hyperreal.com/incoming/. One part of
bundling them would be to edit srm.conf to actually use them when it
builds directory indexes. They are public domain, we just have to credit
him somewhere.
