Fork_free.txt +1 (I sympathize with Rob, let's start putting this
in, as long as having no StartServers entry in srm.conf leaves the
default behavior the same as before. Document it as an experiment....)

In fact, with Fork_free in, let's call it 0.7 and announce it.

Unfortuanetly, the forking and fork free versions will not coexist.
My suggestion to add fork-free via #ifdefs got shot down, so it's
one or the other - not both.
