Which is correct (srm.conf)
AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .html
or
AddType text/x-server-parsed-html html
Note the "."
I think the 2nd version is correct and if so, we've inherrited
some bad examples from NCSA 1.3 in srm.conf
We now have,
#AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .shtml
#AddType application/x-httpd-cgi .cgi
#AddType text/x-server-parsed-html3 .shtml3
#AddType application/x-type-map var
which will need to be patched.
