Log:
Ops, now I've comitted it with these although I wanted to remove
USE_SHMGET_SCOREBOARD. Of course, Dean is right, USE_SHMGET_SCOREBOARD and
USE_MMAP_SCOREBOARD makes no sense. Fixed now.
