I use to use proxy feature with 1.3x version of apache and I decided to switch
to version 2 since apache starting from the 1.3.22 version introduced problem
with cookies. Now, I'm not able even to pass through the proxy. I got 'Access
forbiden' to any site I try to access.

restriction is turned off.
I notice that 'Add module' ('Load' is there) directive is missing in Appache 2.
