I dont see any problem to use the XEN logo inside your product
description. Or you need customize the logo?

The document permit use the logo:

http://www.xen.org/files/XenTMPolicy2008June.pdf

see the line 16:
"2. To ensure that vendors that deliver commercial products that
Faithfully 16 Implement the Xen® hypervisor to market can use the Xen
word mark in 17 association with those products,"

The trademark include the XEN logo (without any modification).
