Error uploading files on the Polish Wikipedia

Hello all,

There have been persistent problems with file upload on the Polish
Wikipedia.

Wyst±pi³ b³±d sk³adni w zapytaniu do bazy danych. Mog³o to byæ
spowodowane przez z³e sformu³owanie zapytania (zobacz Przeszukiwanie
Wikipedii) albo przez b³±d w oprogramowaniu. Ostatnie, nieudane zapytanie
to:

REPLACE DELAYED INTO searchindex (si_page,si_title,si_text) VALUES
(18161,'mahatma gandhi jpg',' mahatma gandhi z wp-en ')

wys³ane przez funkcjê "SearchUpdate::doUpdate". MySQL zg³osi³ b³±d
"1016: Can't open file: 'searchindex.MYI'. (errno: 145)".

Additionally it produces invalid filenames in the system.

Developer help needed urgently.

Can I get some more details on this? Which filenames, invalid how?

Is it still doing that or were those only being created while the
searchindex table was broken?

It looks to be OK now. It was the first one I had noticed. Probably the one
one because next uploads gave the above-mentioned error msg but didn't
produce corrupt filenames, I think.
