Sure, here's a cur dump which ought to be in more traditional syntax*:
http://de.wikipedia.org/tarballs/20030416_cur_table.sql.bz2 * Using options: --add-drop-table --add-locks --all --quick
instead of --opt.
If you want an old dump too, just shout.
