Hi,

For the past three days or so, whenever I try to access my "watchlist," I
get this:

Too many open files in system (23) in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/w/wiki.phtml
on line 7

Warning: Failed opening 'Setup.php' for inclusion

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'outputpage' in
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/w/wiki.phtml on line 14

Warning: open(/tmp/sess_f0af9a7ae314037cd076e6d2ae285f73, O_RDWR) failed:
Too many open files in system (23) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the
current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

Is this a bug in the system, or am I doing something wrong (and remediable)?

The system gives these error messages sometimes. However, if you get them
repeatedly, it usually means that the second and further times, you are NOT
loading the page again, but are retrieving it from some cache. The best thing
to do is to go to the page, and when you get the error message, hit 'reload'
or 'refresh'. For most browsers and configurations that would solve the
problems.
