Upload trouble whit audio

Hy,

After a lot of effort i have get the creator of some audio so far to release his content under GNU/FDL
http://www.pagel.clara.net/mp3

But when i attempt to upload the audio on wikipedia i always get

Is this normal ? The file is 2.11mb

Yes, there's a hard limit of 1Mb for uploads. It's not
recommended to upload images larger than 100k, or sounds
much larger than 200k. 2Mb is definitely larger than
would be useful for an encyclopedia. Such a file should
be on an external site and merely referenced from here.
