Hi,

look, alexandria has only 2 stations that the train will stop at

which are Mahattet masr (Mahattet el Raml), and Sidy beshr

check that map, it shows the places of teh hotels from the bib alex

the thing is, sidy beshr station is a bit after bib alex (to the right)

and mahattet masr is a bit before (to the left),, so, u can say, bib
alex and all the surrounding hotels are in the middle, so it doesn't
actually matter which station you will drop in, try looking in
wikimapia or google maps to check the exact place of both of em, but I
assure you both are almost as far from the bib as each other

so you only have to drop down, get a taxi and tell him, delta hotel,
or (Fondok el Delta) in arabic

and at teh hotel, you should find a room reserved by the name you
registered with...

check the email in the mailing list with the subject "Shuttle related
questions", you should find more answers about it, specially in the
reply "mido" sent

Dear Ahmed and Akash,
Sorry but I have a small clarification, the station's name is Sidi Gaber and
not sidi beshr, and I would recommend this station which is the first
station that the turbene train stops at in Alexandria, as it's much easier
to find Taxis from there

Hello, I'll arrive Alex next noon (getting a Turbine train which will
depart Cairo at 10:00).
In any hours, the recommended station to get off is Sidi Gaber?

Also which is the best to join the team, first go to the Bib or the
dorm (I suppose it is St. Marc I requested, but not sure if it is
rightly assigned ...)?

No, get off at the main station - ramses station. Then you are close to the BA and can get a taxi.

ok, it is SIDI GABER or Misr station, no ramses (this is in cairo), so
please get off the train in sidi gaber station, and pick up a taxi to the BA
or to your Hotel, whatever you prefer and don't pay more that 20 EGPs
