Please can we not do this? I like the way MediaWiki is relatively
bandwidth-conservative. This is just totally unnecessary overkill.
Newcomers to a wiki do not know the meaning of pretty much *anything* --
and whether you use a capital N or a little image doesn't make any
difference in this regard.

UPDATE

We found an much easier way to change the letter "N" indicating NEW
PAGES for an UPLOADABLE icon.
